The comprehensive Starmaxx range of tractor front tyres, implement tyres, flotation tyres, MPT tyres, cross-play driven wheel tyres and radial driven wheel tyres is constantly being expanded.
Starmaxx tyres are characterised by quiet running, good running performance and good steering properties for tractors on the road and in the field.
Driven wheel tyres from Starmaxx are modern tractor tyres with good traction, gentle to the ground, good running performance and running comfort.
Forestry tyres from Starmaxx can take heavy loads and are nonetheless gentle to the ground in a forest. The reinforced carcase of the forestry tyres offers high resistance to damage from cutting and puncturing.
Starmaxx flotation tyres (low-pressure tyres) can be used with variable air pressure and provide the option of heavy loads when driving on and off the road. The broad tyres decisively reduce the ground pressure and are gentle to the ground.
Thanks to the wide variety of profiles, trailer tyres (implement tyres) from Starmaxx offer a product range that is matched to the most varied conditions of use such as high load-bearing capacity and high loading volumes for use on the road and/or offroad.
Starmaxx tyres are characterised by quiet running, good running performance and good steering properties for loaders and MPT vehicles on the road and in the field.
The new EU tyre label helps consumers to decide in favour of a higher fuel efficiency class for their tyres. This can contribute to large reductions in running costs and emissions. Enhanced wet grip means greater road safety, and details of external rolling noise contributes to a reduction in traffic noise levels.
The actual fuel savings and road safety depend heavily on the behaviour of drivers, and in particular on the following:
Less rolling noise saves fuel and cuts CO2. This property is assigned to classes A to E.
Wet grip is assigned to classes A to E. Wet grip is crucial to safe driving. For instance, the difference between class A and class E braking distances is 18 m.
The label presents the volume in dB and the class A (quieter), B, or C (louder). The noise emitted by tyres affects the total noise levels emitted by the vehicle.
The snowflake symbol confirms that the snow tested tyre keeps within the 3PMSF limits (type approval).
